📦 CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order within 24 hours or before dispatch.
🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY
In case you are receiving any damaged or defective product, you can contact us within 24 hours so we can either exchange or re-deliver the replacement within 3-4 Business Days.To Request an Exchange:
- You make an unboxing video (before opening the parcel completely).
- Email us at karicraftofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Customer must ship the product back to us – we do not offer free pickups
Note: Exchange is allowed once per order. You will receive the new article in 5 business days and a refund of your delivery charges maximum upto Rs.200.

Returns are not applicable.
❌ WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED "DAMAGED":
- You don’t like the design, fit, or fabric.
- Minor issues like loose tassels or slight embroidery variations – these are part of handmade charm.
- Color difference (10–12%) due to lighting or screens.
- Slight size variations (±5%).
📬 IMPORTANT:
If your parcel is open or damaged, please refuse delivery. We won’t accept claims for accepted damaged packages.
