Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours or before it is dispatched.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours. We will exchange or re-deliver the replacement within 3–4 business days.
To Request an Exchange:
- Record an unboxing video before opening the parcel completely.
- Email us at karicraftofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
- The customer must ship the product back to us. We do not offer free pickups.
Note:
Exchange is allowed once per order. You will receive the new article within 5 business days. A refund of delivery charges up to Rs.200 will be provided.
WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED "DAMAGED":
- Disliking the design, fit, or fabric
- Minor issues such as loose tassels or slight embroidery variations (these are part of the handmade nature)
- Color differences (10–12%) due to lighting or screen resolution
- Slight size variations (±5%)
IMPORTANT:
If your parcel is open or visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it. We do not accept claims for damaged packages that were accepted at delivery.
