Return and exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Customers can initiate a hassle-free return or exchange within 3 calendar days of receiving their order.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Items marked as “final sale,” gift cards, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Process for Returns and Exchanges
- To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact customer support via email to customercare.karicraft@gmail.com or reach us by clicking on whatsapp icon on the screen within a 3-day window, providing the order number and rationale for return or exchange.
- The customer will receive instructions and, if approved, a return shipping label or address.
- Items must be shipped back within 3 days of the return authorization.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Shipping
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 10-12 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability; if unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
- For delayed refunds, check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company. If unresolved, reach out to us at customercare.karicraft@gmail.com.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
- Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately with photos for a free replacement or refund.
- Customer may refuse to accept the delivery if the shipment is damaged and are advised to contact our support team immediately.
- Products sent back without prior return authorization may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you want to make changes in your existing order, please reach out to us at customercare.karicraft@gmail.com with your order number and revised information.
We will facilitate if the order has not been shipped.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.
Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
